Prozyn (Fluoxetine) is approved for the treatment of major depression (including pediatric Capsules/ Oral Solution depression), obsessive-compulsive disorder (in both adult and pediatric populations), bulimia nervosa, panic disorder and Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD). In addition, Fluoxetine is used to treat trichotillomania. Prozyn (Fluoxetine) is indicated as a complement of psychotherapy for the reduction of binge-eating and purging activity.
